ABOUT ME

I have been working in the human services field since 2003. During that time, I had the opportunity to work with many people who were struggling with mental health, post-trauma recovery, emotional instability, and other challenging life situations. I realized one day that what I truly loved about the work is being able to support people one on one through life's many challenges. I then entered graduate school at Antioch University Seattle and completed my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am also passionate about the field of Energy Medicine. I have witnessed remarkable changes in peoples' lives through energy medicine practices, such as Reiki, EFT Energy Tapping, and Past Life Regression. I became a Reiki Master in 2013 and am grateful to be able to utilize this ancient practice with people in my work today.
